All information produced by ROASWO is copyrighted and may not be used, distributed or reproduced without the prior written consent of the board of directors. Payment terms: electronic payments only. The Rental Owners Association Southwestern Oregon (ROASWO) is a non-profit educational landlord association – ROASWO Board Members, Mentors, Staff, and/or other related ROASWO affiliates do not give legal advice.
