Please come out and celebrate our Annual Picnic with fellow Rental Property Owners! As usual the Association will be providing fun gifts, Chicken, Hot Dogs (& fixings,) water, coffee and sodas. 

This year we'd like to request the membership with last names beginning A - R to bring SALADS and the rest S - Z to bring desserts.
