ROA of Southwestern Oregon

Ready to Join?

Your local Rental Owners Association of Southwestern Oregon proudly invites you to join our organization! Being a part of your local ROA greatly benefits landlords from every walk of life and educational background. Part of our mission is to educate Oregon’s landlords so that they may better manage their rental homes by following the local laws and being aware of changes to the current laws while gaining access to state forms for your leasing needs. But the ROA is not just about laws and forms; we represent much more than that. We represent the future of land lording where any member can seek information and advice in order to better manage your rental homes. We know that your rentals and tenants are a part of our unique community and we are here to help and guide you along the way!

ROA-SWO is a member of Oregon Rental Housing Association, a statewide affiliation of fifteen such organizations. Through ORHA, ROA-SWO members have an effective voice in the Oregon Legislature, can influence legislation, retain a rental housing lobbyist, have access to certified educational programs, and stay informed on political issues affecting the industry.

The benefits of joining do not stop here! We also hold monthly educational classes covering many “need to know” topics. We are even here to assist you on choosing the right state forms for your leasing needs. If you have ever felt unsure or lost in translation when it comes to the rental world, then we are the organization for you! We invite you to check us out at www.oregoncoastrentalowners.com and look forward to adding you to our ranks!
