Judge Bechtold is retiring

David Tilton is going to retire next year. He has been of great help to many of us and this may be his last presentation to our group as our retained attorney.

The coalition of Tenants Rights groups and Rental Owners seems to have broken down in the last legislative session. Mr Tilton has a good deal of insight and experience regarding the Residential Landlord & Tenant Act and we would like to hear his point of view!
