PART 2 - Landlord/Tenant Law & Moratorium Update

Violet Wilson is an Oregon licensed Property Manager. She is the "V" in V & R Management, LLC which has operated since 1990, specializing in single family home rentals although they have managed all types of properties.  

Violet is a past vice president of Oregon Rental Housing Association, current Chair of the ORHA Education Committee, and serves on the ORHA Legislative Action Committee.  Since 2008, she has taught property management classes for local and the state  associations.  She also volunteers to teach classes to help tenants become better residents.

These classes will keep you on top of the most recent changes in the rental housing law, assisting you as housing provider and property manager to stay legal and out of court! They'll cover the essentials of Oregon's Landlord/Tenant law, with an emphasis on what's new. Legislative changes and executive orders have occurred three times in the past year und must be followed to avoid large financial penalties. There will be time for questions. Plus, it includes updates on the new HB 4401. Be sure to register for both PART 1 & PART 2 individually.
