This 2 hour class will teach you everything you need to know about Eviction Moratoriums, Tenant debt repayment protections, relief fund sources, required tenant right’s notices, and exactly what rights and laws are landlords still able to enforce?  You will leave with a complete understanding of these new laws. Including SB 891 recently passed on December 13th, 2021.
