Any course material and course link to the event will be emailed approximately 1-2 hours prior to the event to join.

This class will be a practical guide to collecting money owed by tenants. It will cover tenant billing, pursuing claims in Small Claims Court, and applying garnishments after a judgment has been awarded. Participants will gain a better understanding of how to handle delinquent tenant accounts, respond to disputed charges, and take the proper steps toward recovering unpaid balances.
Designed for landlords and property managers, this class provides useful strategies and real-world guidance for navigating the debt collection process with greater confidence. From initial billing to post-judgment remedies, attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of the procedures and tools available to help recover what they are owed.
